Note that most sellers require from you to come personally to Bulgaria twice � first for setting up the company and second to purchase the property. We save you time and money and you have to come only once � to buy your new property!
There is a one-time lawyer fee of 390 GBP that includes notary and government fees for the process of property purchase and legal transferring.
